Ambassador Inna Torgomyan had a meeting with Minister Athena Michaelidou

On 22 September, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Cyprus Inna Torgomyan had a meeting with Minister of Education, Sport and Youth of the Republic of Cyprus Dr Athena Michaelidou.

The interlocutors discussed the progress achieved in Armenia-Cyprus cooperation in education and youth, as well as prospects for further expanding bilateral engagement. Particular attention was paid to the tangible results achieved through ongoing cooperation and the next practical steps aimed at strengthening institutional ties.

The sides also discussed the forthcoming signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, which will provide a framework for further cooperation and facilitate the implementation of new joint initiatives. The interlocutors reaffirmed their readiness to continue working closely towards concrete and mutually beneficial outcomes in the field of education and youth.
